Acceptance of terms

Smatik provides services to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by Smatik from time to time without notice.

 

Available stuff

I am a visual artist and no company, that means that the stuff I am selling in my little store is extremely limited. It´s possible that the stuff you want to order will run out fast. The Shopping Cart in the Pay Pal System let´s you know if you are starting to overbuy my stock if you go to the buying process. I try to update the site concerning to the available sizes and colours but it may happen that something offered by me on this website has run out. I will inform you immediately in this case and offer you a similar product. But if there is no interest on your site I will pay the money back via paypal (in case you also paid via paypal) immediately.

Shirt sizes

Sizes are listed here. Please check the sizes before you order a shirt.

 

 

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for simple mail are included. Please select the price (canvas) concerning to your country (Germany, Europe or Worldwide). Packages with more than 3 shirts are sent as insured packages. But less stuff is usualy sent by regular german mail, that means no insurance. If you wish the stuff to be sent insured, please let me know. Cost for duty thereby incured are up to you.

 

Passing of risk

The risk of that the stuff gets damaged, stolen, act of god, etc. is passing to you if it leaves my home.

 

Defects liability

I guaranntee that the stuff is in blameless condition before the passing of risk.

 

Right of revocation

You have the right of revocation on your ordered stuff within four weeks. You have to do this in written form. If you´ve ordered stuff under 40 Euro you have to pay the resending. I only will take the stuff back if it´s handled carefuly and is in the same condition as it has left my home. In case of revokment I reserve the right to assert reasonable compensation for the lost value, caused by the conventional usage of the object. This applies also if the product was handled accurate. Compensation of lost value can be avoided if the product won´t be used in this time. When ordering a product up to 40 Euro the customer has to pay the regular costs of the reshipment, if he has revoked early enough, unless that the delivered product is not the ordered product.

 

Reservation of proprietary rights

Till complete payment of the shirts, etc. I remain as the owner.

 

Referrals and links

The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages.
